I really enjoy exercising and challenging myself to get stronger and more and more fit. Physical activity is so important and has so many benefits to your health and wellbeing. But not only that, regular exercise also boosts self-esteem, relieves stress and tension and reduces the chance of many health conditions. You can get exercise in many different ways, and just 30 minutes a day is enough to get the positive effects. You could go on a walk, play some rugby in the backyard, have a dance party, absolutely anything that gets your body moving. Today I set up a wee gym circuit in the backyard to challenge you to. Set up 5 stations and see how fast you can complete 2 rounds.
